We want you to be completely enchanted with your acquisition. If for any reason you wish to exchange a size or return an item, you may initiate a return request from your patron account within 7 days of verified delivery.
- Items must remain in their original unworn, pristine condition with all fabric tags, designer labels, and security seals intact.
- Garments must be in original unworn condition with garment dustbags and brand tags attached.
- Custom-altered apparel items are final sale, but eligible for complimentary re-fitting.
Once your return request is logged, our logistics partner will arrange an insured doorstep pickup. Following receipt and biometric inspection at our central vault, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days directly to your original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI account, or verified bank account for COD orders).
